Ground floor

THE ENTRANCE

On the ground floor, you’ll find the main entrance of the chalet, leading into a spacious hallway. There is ample space to store coats and shoes.

You’ll also find a shared toilet, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and the Finnish sauna with a rain shower.

2 BEDROOMS

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on either side of the hallway. They are furnished with XL king-size beds (180x210 cm), which can also be separated into twin beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a private toilet, rain shower, and washbasin. You’ll also find a Smart TV, desk, and wardrobe in each room.

Both bedrooms have access to their own veranda. Slide open the door and enjoy the sunshine in one of the lounge chairs.

SKIS & OUTDOOR GEAR

For skis and other outdoor gear, there’s a separate storage/ski room on the left side of the chalet (accessible via a separate entrance from outside). It includes a ski rack, ski boot warmer, and plenty of space to store other items you want to keep dry.

First floor

LUXURIOUS LIVING

A wide staircase leads you to the first floor, which is entirely dedicated to living and relaxing. You’ll find a spacious kitchen, dining area, lounge with fireplace, a chill & entertainment corner, and a large outdoor terrace. Everything you need for a great time with family and friends!

KITCHEN

The chalet features a spacious, modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. A large cooking island with induction hob, a luxurious Jura coffee machine, two refrigerators, a freezer, two XL dishwashers, and a high-end oven with built-in microwave. Perfect for preparing meals for large groups!

DINING

After cooking, gather around the long table with plenty of seating for everyone. Even the little ones are taken care of – the chalet includes three high chairs you’re welcome to use. The large windows offer stunning views of the mountains, making every meal even more enjoyable.

LOUNGE

The lounge is the perfect place to unwind. There are several cosy corners to sit and relax. Light the open fire (there’s plenty of wood downstairs!), play a game, or simply kick back and watch some TV.

TERRACE

The Hochkönig area enjoys plenty of sunshine – the perfect excuse to head outside! Relax on the spacious outdoor terrace at the long table or sink into the covered outdoor lounge area.

Second floor

THE UPPER FLOOR

The upper floor is the sleeping area of the chalet. Here, you’ll find four spacious bedrooms and several bathrooms.

BEDROOM 3

At the front of the chalet is Bedroom 3. It features an XL king-size bed (180x210 cm), wardrobe, and Smart TV. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a private toilet, rain shower, and washbasin. In the morning, open the French doors and enjoy the breathtaking view of the valley from your balcony!

BEDROOM 4

Also at the front is Bedroom 4. This spacious room has an XL king-size bed (180x210 cm), wardrobe, Smart TV, and desk. Here, you’ll also find French doors leading to the balcony with fantastic views – a perfect way to wake up! Bedroom 4 has access to a large luxury bathroom with a toilet, shower, and a large bathtub with a view over the entire valley. Immerse yourself and drift away after a day full of activities. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway, so everyone can use it.

BEDROOM 5

Bedroom 5 is located at the back of the chalet. It has an XL bunk bed (90x210 cm) and a spacious wardrobe for all your belongings.

BEDROOM 6

Bedroom 6 is a lovely room at the back of the chalet, featuring an XL bunk bed (90x210 cm) and an XL single bed (90x210 cm). The bunk beds are very popular with kids but are also spacious enough for adults. In this room, you’ll find another wardrobe and a Smart TV.

BATHROOM

On the upper floor, in addition to the en-suite bathrooms of Bedrooms 3 and 4, there is an extra bathroom with a rain shower, washbasin, and toilet.

BABY COTS

The chalet provides three baby cots (Hauck, foldable), which are available for use at any time. It’s recommended to bring your own bedding for the cots.
